Vitra has in house two laboratories that check all references to a daily number of quality tests accurately recorded. Ink will be prepared and checked in the ink Lab. Our quality service follows the developments in the market and ensures a flawless application of the Vitra quality charter
Quality is very important at Vitra Therefore expires according to internationally recognized standards GMP production (Good Manufacturing Practices). All activities – from receipt of raw materials to the sending of the final product – are captured in protocols and defined in procedures.
Through the entire production process strict rules are applied at hygiene of people, machines, raw materials, materials and production spaces. Our efforts for a high hygiene standard be recognized by major international organizations-through audits. - Therefore Vitra decided to put the folowing step to a BRC-IoP certificiëring.
Vitra has further invested in the latest online control systems to guarantee the best quality during printing, laminating and cutting. Along with a smooth preparation, an extensive off-line quality control, a qualified team and trained production staff makes sure that Vitra meets always the highest quality standards.
